Another year, another calendar. I can never believe another year has gone by when I start to think about making a calendar, usually right after summer. The process of choosing photos takes me forever, plus fall is the best time to shoot, so I am always adding new inventory. I find the whole process so solitary and private, the shooting, the editing, the building of the calendar. Then I have to share it with the whole world! Scary! But I love it and I get awesome feedback from my community, which I love so much, and we get to share in our love for Deep Cove.
I was so excited to be asked to write my second blog for Tourism BC's new website The Wild Within - Super, Natural, British Columbia. I wrote some notes and shared photos about what it's like to live on the edge of wilderness, but also so close to the city. Check it out here Vancouver, Deep Cove, and Beyond
I was lucky enough to be asked to photograph three 2015 Ballet BC UP receptions before the last Ballet BC shows in the 2014-15 season. Afterwards I watched these beautiful shows, Balanchine, TRACE and Rite and I enjoyed them very much. I love the people and the energy in the Ballet BC Up group. Thank you!
